Telviva Integration with Zoho

Telviva integration with Zoho

Integrate Zoho with the Telviva One cloud communications platform. When you use Telviva to receive an incoming call or make an outbound call, Zoho will automatically show you the matching contact in a business card view.

All calls made or received via Telviva are automatically captured into your Zoho and you can view those call logs. You can initiate an outbound call to any contact right within Zoho and your Telviva phone will instantly dial that contact.

How to integrate Telviva with Zoho?

 

Step 1: Login to Telviva

Login to Telviva with your username and password.

 

Step 2: Integration into Zoho

  1. Select the Features tab on the left hand side of the dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the telephone line option and select the relevant telephone line for the integration. At the bottom of the page, select CRM connections.

Step 3: Login to Zoho account

  1. In the Zoho login page, enter your username and password and login to your Zoho account.
  2. After logging in, the user will receive an OTP which they need to type in and verify.
  3. Confirm the integration of Telviva with Zoho by clicking on Accept.

 

Step 4: Handling incoming and outgoing calls

 

  1. When you use Telviva to receive an incoming call or make an outbound call then Zoho will automatically show you the matching contact in a business card view.
  2. All calls made or received via Telviva are automatically captured into your Zoho and you can view those call logs.
  3. You can initiate an outbound call to any contact right within Zoho and your Telviva phone will instantly dial that contact.
  4. Within Zoho you can add followup activities and notes at the end or every call
