We do always look at the latest enhancements and have a requirement to roll out sites rapidly and make use of inter branch calling which is provided at no cost on the Telviva platform. We are also now moving our sites to Smart Phones to allow us to leverage off using Telviva App and Telviva One from a computers web browser which is the Telviva Cloud solution. We have also found that the Telviva Cloud solution is reliable, easy to deploy with little maintenance and allows an easy migration to working from home or at the office with no system changes required. The service and support from Telviva are also key to allowing us to focus in other areas knowing that they are on call and can support us at any time.
