Our business faced several challenges with our telecommunications infrastructure. Finally, Telviva could provide a back-up solution with Vibe (Voice over IP Broadband Enhancement) when other VoIP telephony providers couldn’t, addressing our initial concerns about call quality.

For the company’s larger offices, they opted for a full solution from Telviva that included a managed access link and firewall, and Telviva One Premium, with Vibe. For smaller offices, Together Staffing went for a similar solution, but without a back-up option that required a dedicated line.

Implementing Telviva resulted in significant cost savings. We were able to cut our telephony costs from Telkom by 30%. As we expanded, these cost reductions increased further, allowing us to cut those costs by 35% plus. Beyond cost savings, the solution has been instrumental in enabling efficiency.
